Meeting of Nagai District Fans Club was held on 8th June 2003 at Mayiladuthurai. The President of All India Rajinikanth Fans Club,  Thalapathi K. Sathyanarayana presided the meeting  and elected the office bearers of  All India Rajinikanth Fans Association in Nagapattinam District. The District President Shri Thayumanavan & other District club bearers Shri Hubeeb Rehman, Shri D.L. Rajeshwaran & Shri Suthanthiraveeran have participated in this occasion. The following new office bearers have taken the charges.

While talking with us, Mayiladuthurai Town President Shri. D.L. Rajeswaran informed that Thalapathi has asked them to do concentrate in the activities like helping poor students for their studies. It seems that Thalapathi's recent visit to Nagapattinam district has really boosted up the activities of Rajini Fans club in these areas.
