I think these terrorist are benifited by these attack in someway , there will be a Plan and motive behind this. Government has to take a list of people who are benifited by these attacks , who all have gained by shorting in the STOCK markets in billions in that particular day. Multi billionaires operates and must be the background of these attack who are getting benifited . Indian government can find the real culprits who are operating from behind the scenes.
