The much-awaited Jailer 2 trailer has arrived, and Superstar Rajinikanth is back as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian in full mass style.

Directed by Nelson, the trailer promises a much bigger and more action-packed experience than the first film. From Rajinikanth’s powerful screen presence to the explosive action, stylish visuals, humour and Anirudh’s energetic background score, the trailer has created huge excitement among fans.

“Not your Daddy’s style…”

One of the biggest highlights is Rajinikanth’s dialogue:

“Not your Daddy’s style…”

The line, delivered with his trademark attitude, has a strong old-school Rajini flavour. His style, walk, expressions and dialogue delivery throughout the trailer remind fans why Muthuvel Pandian became such a popular character.

There is also a spectacular sequence where everyone is brought together for what appears to be a massive showdown. Seeing several major stars coming together in the same world makes the scale of Jailer 2 look much bigger.

Suraj Venjaramoodu’s Look and Tone

Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramoodu makes an interesting impression with his different get-up. His appearance immediately catches attention, while his distinctive dialogue delivery and tone add another layer of curiosity to his character.

SJ Suryah also stands out with his striking look and mannerisms, while Vidya Balan and Mithun Chakraborty add further strength to the impressive cast.

There is also a mysterious glimpse that has led to speculation about Hrithik Roshan being part of the film. Whether that surprise is real will only be known when the movie arrives.

Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar Return

The return of Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar adds another major attraction. Their presence alongside Rajinikanth once again gives Jailer 2 a powerful multi-star appeal.

The trailer suggests that Nelson has expanded the Jailer universe considerably while retaining the humour, style and larger-than-life entertainment that made the first film a huge success.

Anirudh’s Mass BGM

Anirudh once again makes his presence felt with an energetic background score. His music perfectly complements Rajinikanth’s introduction moments, action sequences and the various mass elevations throughout the trailer.

Massive Response

The response to the trailer has been huge, with the Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions together crossing 20 million views within 24 hours.

The Tamil trailer alone crossed 10 million views, showing the enormous anticipation surrounding Rajinikanth’s return as Muthuvel Pandian.

With Rajinikanth’s mass presence, Nelson’s stylish direction, Anirudh’s music, a huge ensemble cast and several intriguing surprises, Jailer 2 has taken the excitement to another level with its trailer.

Muthuvel Pandian is back. And this time, the scale is much bigger!
