Rajini delivered a statement today about his decision on politics.

It answers all of the fans' questions.

Rajini's statement (extract):

I can very well understand my fans' desire for me to directly involve into Tamil Nadu politics after seeing our colleague actors, both in our state and neighboring states, entering into politics.

Those who are interested in politics please involve yourself into any party that you are interested.

But, for that matter I will never allow anybody to start a party on my name and use my picture on the party flag.  Those who did this would be revoked of their membership to the fan club.  If it continues further, legal action would be taken.   

Nobody can force me to enter into politics, at the same time nobody can stop me from entering into politics.  If at all I enter into politics I will invite all of my fans to join me.
