சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினி தற்போது எந்திரனுக்காக ஹைதராபாத்தில் உள்ள ராமோஜி ராவ் பிலிம் சிட்டியில் படப்பிடிப்பு குழுவினருடன் தங்கியிருக்கிறார். இயக்குனர் ஷங்கர், மற்றும் ஆர்ட் டைரக்டர் சாபு சிரில், ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் ரத்னவேலு ஆகியோரும் உடனிருக்கின்றனர்.

அதே பிலிம் சிட்டியில் தெலுங்கு இயக்குனர்  ராஜூ உபதி டைரக்ஷனில் புதுமுகங்கள் நடிக்க ‘Chaitram - The Season of Love’ என்ற தெலுங்கு படப்பிடிப்பும் துவக்க விழா ஏற்பாடாகியிருந்தது.

அருகில் சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரும் ஷங்கரும் எந்திரன் படப்பிடிப்புக்காக வந்திருப்பதை கேள்விப்பட்ட படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளரும் இயக்குனரும், இருவரையும் மரியாதை நிமித்தமாக சென்று சந்தித்தனர். அப்போது தங்கள் பட துவக்க விழாவிற்கு வருமாறு அழைப்பு விடுக்க, சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரும் இயக்குனர் ஷங்கரும் மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் இசைந்தனர்.

திடீரென்று துவக்க விழாவில் சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரையும் சூப்பர் இயக்குனரையும் கண்ட மேற்படி தெலுங்கு படக்குழுவினர் இன்ப அதிர்ச்சியடைந்தனர். சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் கிளாப் அடித்து படப்பிடிப்பை துவக்க, இயக்குனர் ஷங்கர் காமிராவை இயக்கி முதல் காட்சியை படமாக்கினார். சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரின் எளிமையையும் இனிமையாக பழகும் தன்மையையும் கண்ட அனைவரும் நெகிழ்ந்துபோயினர்.

“சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரும் இயக்குனர் ஷங்கரும் என் படவிழாவில் கலந்துகொண்டு அதை துவக்கி வைத்தது நான் செய்த பாக்கியம்…!” என்று இயக்குனர்  ராஜூ உபதி உணர்ச்சிவசப்பட்டார்.

Rajnikant launches ‘Chaitram - The Season of Love’

Tamil superstar Rajnikant graced the launch ceremony of director Raju Upati’s Chaitram - The Season of Love. Raju Upati who earlier directed Veedhi for Usha Kiron Movies is directing this film with newcomer Surya as hero. It is being produced by Vijay of Suresh Productions on Rakesh Cine Circuit banner. The movie had its opening ceremony at Ramoji Film City where Rajnikant and Shankar are shooting for Robot. Both the superstar and the maverick director attended the function as star guests. While Rajnikant sounded the clapboard, director Shankar did the first shot direction and cinematographer Sekhar V Joseph switched on the camera.

The opening scene was canned on newcomer Surya and Parachuri Venkateshwara Rao as they mouth the dialogue - “Tirigede Bhoomi, Kaalede Nippu, Poradaavaade Manishi..So all the best.”

Says producer Vijay: “We are introducing a new hero Surya and two new heroines with this movie. From May 15th, we begin our regular shoot in Karamchedu, Pollachi, Malaysia and Hyderabad.”

Raju Upati said: “I am honoured that superstar Rajni and Shankar attended my film’s muhurtham shot. The movie is a love story which tells the various phases in life.”
