Box office flash 21 : Boss creating new records in Chennai!!

It is 40 + days after Sivaji hit the screens. In Chennai's Cinema history our boss hit the screens with a number of 17 screens. (This is a record!!)

Now the movie is running in 13 screens. (This is a record!!) Four screens just gave a small room for newcomers.

How to gauge a movie's success?

Friends, you can gauge a movie's success by the special shows that the theatres are screening in each weekend.

Boss' record at Sathyam cinemas

Special shows are going to be held for Sivaji for the continuous 6th week in Sathyam cinemas this weekend - in Santham, Sree, Studio 5, 6 degrees. (This is a record!!)

Upto Weekend all evening shows are Houseful in Advance Booking itself.

And Sat and Sunday all shows full in Advance booking.

Monday Evening show Full. Others shows get occupancy at the show time.

(Average occupancy here is 70 to 85% in weekdays and 100% weekends)

INOX and Mayajaal

Even the movie is still running in 2 screens in INOX at Citi centre. And Mayajaal is showing the maximum shows even after 40 days with weekend special shows.

6000+ people watch Boss daily in Vadapalani

Despite being screens in almost dozen + theatres, the movie is doing extremely well in Vadapalani belt. Remember that both Kamala and AVM Rajeswari are very close to each other. And almost all evening shows are Houseful in AVM Rajeswari during 6th week and Weekend both AVM and Kamala become Houseful. (Note: Combined seating capacity is 1600+ in both of these theatres. So, on average 6,000+ are watching the boss in these two theatres alone. (This is a record!!)

And in Suburban Sri Brinda, Boss has creted new record by maintaining maximum weekend special shows.

City theatres report average occupancy of 70 to 80% in weekdays and 100% in weekends.

This can happen only to one person on earth. And he is our BOSS!!
