Director Senthilnathan

Director Senthilnathan is well known director in the 80s and he is the one who directed Poothota Kaavalkaran. He is director Jambu's son. He shared with us on his days with our Superstar.

I have not directed Rajini sir movies and there is no chance in the future also. I don't need to direct his films to speak about him. I speak as a fan of him.

However i have worked with him in Naan Sivappu Manithan as a Assistant Director.

Like others, i am also happy to see Rajini's simplicity.

At that time, i don't have a car. Rajini sir gave me a lift after the film shooting. As usual style, Rajini sir lighted up his cigarette and offered me one. I was shocked and replied him "No Sir" with some hesistation. "We all should die by smoking and you want to live for 100 years happily?" he said in a humourous manner. I immediately took one piece and started to smoke infront of him.

Rajini should have seen me smoking in the shooting spot. Even by mistake, he normally doesn't offer anyone to smoke if he is a non smoker. That is his style!
